The Rola Bola originates from the Middle Ages and is one of the balance devices.

It consists of a board and a cylindrical tube. The aim is to balance as long as possible with the board on the cylinder, without the board touching the ground.

The Rola Bola is also good with other juggling activities such as ball juggling, club juggling or ring juggling.
